Mec-O-Matic Dolphin Pump

The Dolphin Series offers flexibility in feed rates…from .13 GPD to 97 GPD…to meet the demands of the pool and spa industry, and elsewhere. Designed to be rugged and dependable; the Dolphin Series features heavy-duty shaded pole gearmotors with lifetime lubrication, a self-lubricating chemical resistant roller assembly, and durable long-lasting tubing with no tube adjustments. The Dolphin Series also features an exclusive quick-release, twist-off, clear polycarbonate, acid resistant head to withstand the harshest environment.

The pump case is molded of a rugged, chemical-resistant ABS. Mounting pads and a built-in wall mounting bracket allow a choice of flat-surface or wall mounted installation.

The thermal or impedance protected gearmotor is safe, quiet, and dependable. All metal gearing parts are heat-treated and the output shaft is supported by heavy duty bearings. Gearmotors are available for 120V 60Hz or 240V 50/60Hz operation.

A 10-minute solid-state electric current interrupter is a standard feature, built into every Dolphin Series feed pump.

Accessories

In-Line Anti-Siphon Valve

In installations where the injection point is lower than the level of chemical in the supply tank, the potential for gravity feeding of chemical is a possible concern. The inline anti-siphon valves prevent this from occurring and can be easily added to most chemical feed pumps

6″ Injectors

When injecting into a water line, its desirable to have the tip of the injection valve close to the center of flow to ensure adequate chemical dispersion. Pulsafeeder 6″ injectors can be trimmed to accommodate various pipe sizes.

Saddleblock Injector Adapters

The saddleblock injector adapter saves time and effort by providing a simple means of connecting the discharge of a Pulsafeeder metering pump to system feed lines without cutting, gluing, tapping, or installing a “T” in the line. The adapter is constructed of durable PVC with rubber seals and is mounted with two stainless steel clamps. The adapter is available in a variety of sizes for piping diameters ranging from 1″ to 4″ and may be used on plastic or metal piping with temperatures and pressures to 100°F/100 psig.

Norprene® Black Rubber Tubing, 1/16″ I.D. x 3/16″ O.D., 1/16″ Wall

Ozone and UV light-resistant, Norprene Rubber Tubing will not weaken or crack after years of exposure to heat and ozone. Tubing withstands -75° to 275°F. Heat sealable – join without fittings to form endless loops. Excellent resistance to heat, ozone, abrasion and inorganic materials (acids and bases).
